	Susan M. Cass, Esquire is Managing Director for the Center for the Rule of Law. She is also Executive Vice-President of Cass & Associates, PC, where she specializes in tax law, trusts & estates law and bankruptcy law. She is currently the Editor of the Philanthropy Roundtable Newsletter, produced by the Federalist Society. She is a member of the Federalist Society and a Royce Fellow at Brown University. Mrs. Cass received her A.B. summa cum laude from Brown University, and was a Dean's Scholar at Boston University School of Law, where she received her J.D. with honors..
